Interlocking directorates in sports organization network Focus in this article is on interlocking directorates in sports organization network. The aim is to study the networks ́ structure and how it has changed during the time period 1993–2014. The data consists of central organizations boards and states sport policy working groups (n=121). The data have been analysed in Ucinet-network program. Results indicates that power-elite have come narrow year by year, but there ́s seven organization which have been in central position in every decade. In sport organizations, a stance aimed at creating a positive emotional and social climate may be necessary. This study examines athletes' individual psychosocial factors that are linked to sports practice and sports performance. These factors include individual motivation, emotions, and beliefs. The main objective is to create a hierarchy of emotional and motivational factors that sport organizations can use to increase athletes' commitment. Many researchers and authorities have recognized the important role that sports clubs can play in public health. In spite of attempts to create a theoretical framework in the early 2000s, a thorough understanding of sports clubs as a setting for health promotion (HP) is lacking. Despite calls for more effective, sustainable, and theoretically grounded interventions, previous literature reviews have identified no controlled studies assessing HP interventions in sports clubs. Viimeaikaista liikuntapoliittista ja -tieteellistä keskustelua on käyty siitä, millainen on liikunnan ja urheilun sukupuolten tasa-arvon ja yhdenvertaisuuden tila. Yhtenä sytykkeenä on toiminut vuonna 2015 päivitetty liikuntalaki, jonka kirjauksissa vahvistettiin tasa-arvon ja yhden vertaisuuden edistämisvaatimusta ja jonka myötä myös opetus- ja kulttuuriministeriö alkoi edellyttää järjestöiltä tasa-arvo- ja yhdenvertaisuussuunnitelmia osana valtionapukelpoisuutta.
